The role involves designing test strategies, executing various testing types, ensuring system quality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance on testing strategies, test plans, and tool selection Plan and organize testing efforts for large-scale GUI and non-GUI systems Identify required testing resources and timelines Test Execution

Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing Conduct specialized testing such as performance, stress, and load testing Test Development

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, TestComplete, or Postman Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or Bugzilla Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues Validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency Perform data migration and transformation testing Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation Work with developers, business analysts, and project managers Documentation & Compliance

Maintain test documentation, coverage reports, and quality metrics Contribute to user manuals and release notes Ensure compliance with industry standards and AODA accessibility requirements Must-Have Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Software QA Tester Strong experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) Experience in functional, integration, system, and regression testing Hands-on experience in test planning, test case creation, and execution Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments Solid Assets (Highly Preferred)
