You will engage with both patients and Registered Nurses to evaluate and implement individualized care plans effectively. Requirements:
• Must hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification from the Heart and Stroke Foundation
• RPN diploma ideally preferred
• 6-12 months of acute care nursing experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
