Become a key player at IDL Projects Inc. as a Payroll Administrator, supporting efficient payroll processing across projects and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires attention to detail and robust communication skills.

As a Payroll Administrator reporting to the Controller, your role encompasses processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately. You will keep detailed records of employee payroll data, oversee compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, and assist in audits to improve payroll functions. Collaboration with HR and Accounting is crucial for successful onboarding and addressing employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing
• Validate timesheet entries,



including overtime and travel
• Maintain employee records for deductions and benefits
• Address payroll-related questions promptly
• Assist in audits, documentation, and process enhancement

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Payroll or Accounting
• 3+ years payroll experience in relevant fields
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and standards
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams
