In this role, you will provide physiotherapy services to clients in community settings, aimed at preventing hospitalization and fostering independence at home. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, addressing complex health issues with compassion and professionalism. Your clinical experience will lead you to formulate client-centered goals and implement effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate on care plans with clients and healthcare teams
• Evaluate and enhance the quality of physiotherapy services
• Recommend adaptive equipment and mobility aids
• Support education for clients and families on physical function
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Physiotherapy program
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in relevant settings
• Full registration with the appropriate regulatory college
• Must hold a valid BC Driver's License
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead initiatives
