As a result of a promotion and an upcoming vacancy, the R.M. of Corman Park is seeking two (2) Planner II to join the Planning and Development Department.
Planner II Development Services supports the review, coordination, and processing of development and subdivision applications, including permits, discretionary uses, rezonings, subdivisions, and related land development matters.
Planner II Long Range and Regional Planning supports policy planning, regional initiatives, bylaw amendments, concept plans, intermunicipal planning, and strategic growth projects.
What You’ll Do Process subdivision, development, rezoning, discretionary use, variance, and bylaw files.




Assess proposals for zoning, servicing, access, drainage, compatibility, and policy.
Support policy research, concept plans, bylaw amendments, regional planning, and engagement.
Prepare reports, recommendations, conditions, and letters.
