Reporting to the Leader of National Casualty Claims, you will handle intermediate third-party bodily injury claims while confirming coverages and engaging in investigations. Your role will include participating in mediations and directly settling claims, all while ensuring professional interactions with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and negotiate bodily injury claims effectively
• Investigate and confirm liability for claims
• Engage with stakeholders for optimal claims management




• Participate in mediations and settlement processes
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records

Requirements:
• 3 years of claims handling experience required
• Relevant education or CIP designation needed
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual skills in English and French are an asset
