As a full time operator, you will be responsible for the safe transport of municipal biosolids using heavy trucks and agricultural equipment. A strong focus on safety, thorough inspections, and maintenance checks will be critical, along with the ability to engage with customers positively. This position demands outdoor work 100% of the time under various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate AZ trucks and agricultural machinery
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Communicate effectively with team via radio




• Clean and maintain heavy equipment and work sites
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
• Two-plus years of experience with tanker trucks
• Proficient in operating 18-speed manual transmissions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must pass nutrient applicators technician course
