Reporting to the Manager, Compensation Accounting, you will address complex accounting tasks while interacting with payroll, HR, and labor relations teams. This role is vital for maintaining compliance with SOX through accurate financial reporting and process improvements. Your expertise will support rapid period-end closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting activities to support period-end close
• Perform journal entries and assess financial implications
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective reporting
• Liaise with Financial Planning for forecast and monitoring
• Recommend and implement process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance necessary
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required
• CPA designation preferred or near completion
• Understanding of US GAAP considered beneficial
• Strong attention to detail required
