Are you an experienced Senior Accounting or Finance professional passionate about financial analytics and process improvement? We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant to join a high‑performing Product Control / Finance team within a leading financial institution. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and make a direct impact in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed balance sheet interpretation and financial analysis relating to banking and capital markets activities
Analyze regional P&L; statements, business drivers, and support entity structure and revenue transfer reviews
Partner with finance and business teams to enhance financial reporting and drive process improvements
Contribute to ad‑hoc analytics, documentation, and reporting requirements while identifying risks and trends
Support tax analysis and ensure strict compliance with internal controls and policies
Must‑Have Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory)
5+ years’ accounting/finance experience in banking or financial services
Solid hands‑on experience with balance sheets and regional P&L; analysis




Expertise in interpreting complex financial data
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications CPA or CFA designation
Capital markets product knowledge
Experience with regional tax, entity structures, or revenue transfer analysis
Technical proficiency in Excel (macros/VBA) or Python scripting
