Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design process and user testing
• Rapidly prototype using Figma from sketches to high-fidelity

• Build journey maps, service blueprints, and user personas
• Document design systems and processes for consistency

Requirements:
• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in UX/UI design
• Robust portfolio demonstrating design impact
• Expertise in Figma required; motion design experience preferred
• Prior experience in financial services is advantageous
