As a Member Advisor, you will engage with both new and existing members, helping them choose the financial products that best fit their needs. In addition to your strong relationship-building skills, your dedication to lifelong learning ensures that your advice is always informed by the latest industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and strengthen member relationships
• Assess member financial needs and recommend solutions
• Guide members through products like loans and investments
• Ensure compliance with bondability and employment standards




• Remain updated on financial services and offerings

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary diploma or proven work experience
• Minimum of 3 years in the banking or credit union sectors
• Certification as Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or CFP preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Capacity to manage confidential member information
