Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze mortgage structures in deals
• Provide insights during Mortgage Credit Committee meetings
• Develop recovery strategies for underperforming loans




• Partner with legal teams for necessary restructuring
• Maintain ongoing reporting and performance updates

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related skilled experience
• CA or CPA designation essential
• Pursuit of Licensed Insolvency Trustee designation preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
