Based in London, Ontario, Convergix Automation Solutions is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to spearhead transformative initiatives. This role reports to the VP PMO and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma strategies. Engage in value-stream mapping, rapid improvement events, and other efforts to eliminate obstacles in improvement processes and ensure team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create measurable criteria to evaluate project success
• Lead initiatives focusing on waste reduction




• Maintain an updated database of improvement activities
• Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable insights
• Present regular project evaluations and updates

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in Lean Six Sigma
• Previous experience leading multiple improvement projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MiniTab tools
• 3+ years in a supervisory role highly preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
