Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of a groundbreaking clinical care model
• Oversee hiring and training of the clinical team
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory guidelines




• Provide clinical guidance to Guest support staff
• Promote continuous quality improvement across all services

Requirements:
• Master’s or doctoral qualification in related discipline
• Current registration with Ontario's regulatory college
• Strong experience with responsible mental illness recovery practices
• Experience in leading clinical teams and developing protocols
• Commitment to active participation in community life
