You will be responsible for guiding project staff, managing contracts, and conducting thorough technical reviews. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate various phases of complex capital projects
• Prepare tender documents in line with legal standards
• Manage public inquiries and community engagement initiatives




• Evaluate contractors and ensure project compliance
• Develop and track the annual capital budget submissions

Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist
• Five years of related project experience required
• Robust knowledge of Ontario standards and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
