In this role, you will manage estimating tasks for projects requiring specialized skills while collaborating with key stakeholders. You'll prepare detailed cost plans, engage in value engineering, and maintain procurement schedules, ensuring the successful launch of projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Make detailed quantity take-offs for project estimates
• Establish and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships




• Oversee the estimating process with a focus on safety and accuracy
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments
• Manage project budgets and preconstruction schedules
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 5-10 years experience
• Managerial experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of contract models like design-bid-build preferred
• E.T. or Gold Seal Certification in Estimating preferred
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
