This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep firewall, routing, and switching expertise who wants to work on real-world, business-critical infrastructure—not just maintain it.

Day In The Life

- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, cloud connectivity)
- Own and evolve our Fortinet ecosystem (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, SASE/ZTNA)
- Engineer and troubleshoot complex routing, switching and wireless environments (BGP, OSPF, STP)
- Support hybrid cloud networking (Azure / ExpressRoute)



and remote connectivity across field operations
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support and lead root cause analysis for complex issues
- Partner with other IT infrastructure teams, Cybersecurity, and operations teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions
- Participate in on call rotations and occasional travel to field locations while supporting continuous improvement and cost-effective network solutions

What We Need From You

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking roles
- 3+ years of Fortinet firewall and security platform experience
- Certifications such as NSE4, NSE7 (Fortinet) or CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are an asset
- Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network design
- Experience in complex, distributed environments (telecom, remote sites, or industrial/OT is an asset)
