Product Designer (UX/UI)

Compensation: $46,000 - $108,000 CAD/ Annum

ROLE PURPOSE The Product Designer (UX/UI) owns the experience and interface design of the systems our company builds for clients - from early research and discovery through to polished, accessible, build-ready UI. You turn client goals and user needs into designs that are intuitive, on-brand, and technically feasible, and you keep the experience consistent through a shared design system.

Because we are a client-facing consultancy, this is not a heads-down role. You are in the room with clients: presenting concepts, explaining and defending design decisions, negotiating scope and priorities, and building the trust that gets work approved and shipped. Success looks like designs that solve the real problem,



that clients understand and buy into, that hand off cleanly to engineering, and that ship on the delivery team’s cadence.
