At NACG, we are hiring a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to support our Kearl operations. Your mission will be to empower project teams through effective coaching and to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. By maintaining a proactive approach, you will contribute to achieving our goal of zero safety incidents while providing valuable training and support across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project leaders in achieving safety goals
• Monitor and assess site safety conditions
• Conduct training and coaching for all staff




• Facilitate safety audits and track corrective actions
• Provide expert guidance on safety legislation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health & Safety
• Minimum of three years in HSE Management Systems
• In-depth knowledge of the Canada Labour Code
• Solid analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
