Become an integral Accounts Receivable Analyst at Vigil, a part of ASSA ABLOY, in Victoria, BC. This onsite role focuses on electronic locks, collections, and financial reporting.
As part of the finance team, you will manage accounts receivable for the electronic locks business, ensuring effective collections and accurate records. Reporting to the VP Finance, you'll also support financial analysis and collaborate with teams across North America. Your skills in problem-solving and communication will be essential to foster effective relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounts receivable processes and collections
• Collaborate on billing with shared U.S. services
• Maintain accurate customer communication records




• Reduce aged receivables and resolve disputes proactively
• Support compliance and auditing activities
Requirements:
• Accounting diploma or similar experience
• 1-2 years in Accounts Receivable or relevant field
• Solid problem-solving and reconciliation skills
• High proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP an asset)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
