You will support Gunvor's growing diluent business by coordinating vital logistics activities and ensuring smooth operations. Through managing scheduling processes and developing key relationships with pipeline operators and traders, you will enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll provide backup logistics support for Canadian crude oil scheduling efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily and monthly scheduling for diluent logistics
• Manage inventory tracking and movement reconciliation
• Schedule pipeline movements for imported diluent streams




• Monitor logistics operations for disruptions and constraints
• Collaborate closely with traders for accuracy in scheduling
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Background in crude oil or diluent logistics and scheduling
• Proficient in Python for data automation tasks
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Capable of multitasking in high-pressure scenarios
