This position involves greeting and assisting customers, where you will analyze vehicle damages and generate accurate repair estimates. You will also communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, making certain that clients understand the entire repair process. Your ability to multitask in a dynamic setting will enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess automotive repair needs
• Analyze and estimate damages on vehicles




• Provide information on the repair process and insurance information
• Maintain strong relationships with fleet accounts and adjusters
• Keep Repair Orders (RO) accurate through the repair process

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of collision estimating experience
• Experience using Mitchell estimating software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• History of working independently
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
