Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Product Control team. You will be responsible for interpreting balance sheets, analyzing regional P&L;, and collaborating with regional finance teams. This role is ideal for candidates with solid accounting knowledge, banking experience, and the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Responsibilities Prepare, review, and interpret balance sheets accurately.
Analyze regional P&L;, including variances, trends, and insights.
Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Support product control activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Understand entity structures and revenue transfers to maintain accurate accounting records.
Conduct upfront regional P&L; analysis for management decision-making.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience Strong accounting knowledge with experience in balance sheet analysis.
Experience in regional P&L; reporting and analysis.
Background in the banking or financial services sector.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
Preferred Skills & Experience Knowledge of capital markets products.
Understanding of regional tax frameworks.
Technical skills: Excel macros, VBA, or Python scripting.
Familiarity with entity structures and intercompany revenue transfers.
Previous experience in product control or finance teams.
Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
