Reporting to the Director of Surgical Operative Care, you will develop and implement operational frameworks that align with Saskatchewan's healthcare goals. Building a positive working climate and strong partnerships is essential, as you work across various departments to ensure operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute strategic operational plans
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements
• Innovate and lead healthcare program development
• Collaborate with community and healthcare partners
• Promote a client-centric culture among staff
Requirements:
• Five years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Graduate degree or diploma in Nursing
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Licensing in good standing from a regulatory body
• Solid critical thinking and leadership capabilities
