In this role, you will utilize your expertise to conduct 50-minute virtual therapy sessions that prioritize client goals. Your experience of 3 to 6 years will enable you to collaborate with internal teams, deliver evidence-based support, and cultivate a welcoming setting for clients. You will engage actively in maintaining care standards that highlight the importance of judgment-free discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual sessions for clients experiencing mental health issues
• Ensure client support through progress monitoring
• Deliver evidence-based interventions focusing on resilience
• Collaborate with internal care teams for integrated support
• Commit to ethical practices and client safety protocols
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a mental health-related field
• Valid practice permit in Quebec or Ontario
• 3–6 years of registered Psychotherapist experience
• Experience with telemedicine delivery
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
