You will be integral to shaping projects from start to finish, managing relationships with clients and guiding engineering teams to meet tight deadlines. With a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, you'll also handle the coordination of diverse disciplines and ensure that all permits and approvals are obtained for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all phases of land development projects
• Cultivate relationships with clients and identify opportunities
• Provide mentorship to project engineers and staff




• Coordinate with geotechnical, legal, and environmental teams
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of land development experience
• Qualified Engineer (P.Eng) or Technologist eligibility
• Excellent attention to detail and communication
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
