Domestic Logistics Coordinator | Cambridge, ON | $55k+
Join a specialist logistics team working on large-scale, complex freight projects, including oversized and high-value cargo. This role puts you at the center of operations - planning, coordinating, and executing domestic road and intermodal freight shipments, ensuring materials, equipment and supplies arrive on time and on budget.
Salary $55,000 - $65,000 , depending on experience

About the role
Proactively monitor cargo in transit against Required At Site (RAS) dates; report delays, changes, or advancements
Liaise with shippers to capture cargo details ahead of RAS; maintain accurate Cargo Register and report exceptions (e.g., oversized, TDG, special handling)




Monitor and report daily status of containers and trailers, including location, load/unload status, and delays
Ensure all required transport documents (BOL, AWB, TDG, etc.) are collected, verified, and compliant
Maintain accurate records in Transportation Management System
What we need from you
1+ years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL, with a strong focus on road freight – LTL, FTL, drayage
Hands-on experience with oversized, breakbulk, or project cargo (construction, mining, energy, etc.)
Tech-savvy, with experience using logistics systems and Microsoft Office
