Fine Drywall Ltd. has proudly served the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, Vancouver Island, and Alberta for over 19 years. We specialize in steel framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings across commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managers to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of multiple construction projects
Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines
Perform quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimating
Work closely with field and office teams to ensure alignment with project specifications
Coordinate and support site activities alongside superintendents
Monitor project timelines and help ensure milestones and deadlines are met
Assist in managing subcontractors and supporting team coordination
Help allocate and track internal and external resources
Ensure on-site safety standards are followed and maintained
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Support implementation of quality control processes
Identify potential project risks and assist in resolving issues
Contribute to keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings/specifications
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably in the wall & ceiling trade
Experience working on commercial or multifamily construction projects is an asset
Diploma, certificate, or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
