You will be responsible for testing in-process and critical materials and components, as well as finished instrumentation products, while documenting all of your findings. You will also perform investigations related to non-conforming products, customer complaints, and other product-related issues. This position is ideal for recent Engineering graduates looking to hone their skills and build a career, while contributing to the development of devices used to perform cutting-edge research!Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect raw materials and finished goods, including magnets and instruments, according to approved proceduresRecord results on appropriate forms and upload to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemPerform root-cause investigations and prepare supporting documents, such as Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs),



as necessary to comply with Quality Management System (QMS) requirementsParticipate in and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering departments to coordinate repairs and process improvementsSafely operate any specialized equipment used for the inspection and quality of instrumentation parts or instrumentsKnowledge and QualificationsBSc in a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field with 0-2 years of experienceExperience with basic hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gaugesExcellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a systematic, analytical approach are highly desiredHighly motivated and team-oriented mindset, with strong organization and attention to detailBenefits We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and meaningful career development opportunities.
