Recruitment Specialist @ Travel Industry Personnel | Talent Sourcing
Our client, a well-established and reputable travel agency, is looking to add a Leisure Travel Agent to their in-office team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, crafting memorable vacations, and being part of a collaborative office environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Planning and booking leisure travel including cruises, tours, FIT, and packaged vacations

Providing exceptional end-to-end client service, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up

Handling bookings, changes, exchanges, and client documentation accurately and efficiently

Building strong, long‑term relationships with repeat and referral clients

Working closely with suppliers and internal team members to deliver seamless travel experiences

What we’re looking for:





TICO certification (required)

Previous experience as a leisure travel agent

Amadeus GDS experience is a strong asset

Robust customer service and communication skills

Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office setting

Passion for travel and helping clients create meaningful trips
