About the team you are joining IATA’sBusiness Intelligence Services are the focal point and driving force for datamanagement and global BI services for the aviation industry. In this role,reporting to the Senior Manager DDS Operations, the Specialist will besupporting the day-to-day administrative operations and delivery of the BISteam. What your day would be like - Support contract implementationand data delivery to Direct Data Solution (DDS) clients as well as clients ofDDS derivative products such as but not limited to AgentIS, MarketIS and GAP; - Respond to client queries and support theCustomer Success team by providing Level 1, 2, and 3 delivery and operationalsupport across products and services within the BIS portfolio; - Maintain BIS product support documentsincluding SOPs,



update client master tables and delivery records; - Responsible for monitoring of customerrelated analytics such as usage report, data validation, product performance,user access & satisfaction; - Assist in conducting webinars, producttrainings for internal and external customers, including preparation of webtoolmanuals and training materials; - Participate in quality assuranceactivities: testing, identification of issues and bugs, incident logging andfollow up on issue resolution; - Participate in product enhancementactivities: develop product specifications/enhancement cases, testing andpost-implementation support; - Support in developing and implementingkey BIS initiatives such as: UI/UX product enhancements, project coordination,data analytics, and contract implementation; - Establish good working relationshipswith external partners and internal stakeholders.

We would love to hear from you if - University degree(Bachelor or Masters) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administrationor equivalent degree; - 3-5 years'experience in Business Intelligence operations function, preferably in amulticultural/commercial workplace; - Familiar withcommon IT languages and popular BI tools; Basic knowledge of technicalsolutions and data management; - Solid experiencesin performing end-to-end operations tasks including both front-end interactionand back-office support activities related to the data exchange with airstakeholders; - Outstandingability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, fast-paced and highly demandingenvironment while delivering on tight deadlines; - Excellent insetting priorities and working with a strong customer focus and a high level ofdrive and energy; - Ability to takeinitiative and strong sense of ownership of the tasks; - Proactive approachto problem solving; Result-driven and curious; - Team player with aglobal mindset and sharing attitude; - Excellentcommunication skills in English (written and spoken) and presentation skills.
