Commercial Recreational Facilities 7+ years’ experience estimating commercial / ICI construction projects. Strong quantity take-off and cost planning experience. Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills. Robust communication and commercial awareness. CAD $90,000–$130,000+ (flexible for exceptional candidates). Annual performance bonus.
