We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will contribute to establishing a new Project Management Office (PMO) for the Enterprise Technologies Group to help the organization prioritize, coordinate, and successfully deliver technology-enabled business initiatives. The position can be located in Montreal or Ontario - Hybrid work mode (2 days in office) from one of our offices located in Aurora, Vaughan or Mississauga.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the delivery of complex projects across manufacturing operations, technology, finance, HR, and other business functions while shaping how the PMO operates. You'll help define the processes, governance, standards, and roadmap that enable the PMO to become a trusted partner to the business. The successful candidate develops a clear understanding of each group's priorities and constraints, anticipates cross-functional impacts, raises them early, and works with stakeholders toward resolution.
This is a senior individual contributor role that relies on influence, credibility, and collaboration rather than formal authority.
This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.
The salary range for this position is $108,000 to $141,750 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
Lead technology and business transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify priorities, build business cases, and align solutions with organizational goals.
Establish and mature PMO practices, including intake, prioritization, governance, portfolio reporting, and delivery standards.
Drive organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption activities.
Provide leadership with visibility into project health, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and business value.
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
7+ years of project management, program management, or business transformation experience
3+ years of experience structuring improvement initiatives from concept to approved-for-execution
Proven success leading enterprise-wide technology or process improvement initiatives
Experience establishing or improving PMO practices, governance frameworks, portfolio management, or project intake processes
Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with leaders across multiple functions
Experience working within matrixed environments and influencing without formal authority
Focus on bringing value and business analyst mindset
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or related certification is considered an asset
Pragmatic and outcomes-oriented; manages multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of English, French an asset
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, multi-site, or operations-driven environments
Experience with Software Development or Tech domains
Exposure to automation, AI, Power Platform, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience supporting organizational change management and adoption
