We are seeking an RFP Specialist to join our Vancouver team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a global investment firm with a purpose-driven culture and a long-term approach to investing.

The Prospect
As part of the global RFP team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires from institutional prospects and clients. You’ll work closely with colleagues across investment, client servicing, and operations teams to ensure each submission reflects our philosophy, process, and values with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and produce RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional investors and consultants

Collaborate with subject matter experts globally to gather, refine, and verify content

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all proposal materials

Maintain and enhance the firm’s content library to reflect the latest insights and data





Support broader business development and client service initiatives as required

About You

2–4 years of experience in RFPs, investment communications, or institutional client servicing

Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to excellence

Familiarity with investment management concepts and industry terminology
