We are looking for a Workday Project Manager to support a Workday module deployment. This role requires someone with strong Workday implementation project management experience who can lead delivery, provide structure, and guide stakeholders through a successful deployment.

This is not a generic PM role. The successful person will need to understand Workday delivery methodology, governance, planning, and best practice.

Key responsibilities

Lead project delivery across a Workday implementation

Manage project plan, timeline, milestones, and overall progress

Provide Workday-specific methodology and delivery guidance

Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication

Support status reporting and programme updates

Work closely with functional consultants and internal project stakeholders





Help ensure the deployment stays on track across scope, schedule, and quality

Required experience

Strong experience managing Workday implementation projects

Strong understanding of Workday project delivery methodology

Ability to manage governance, planning, reporting, and risks

Able to provide practical delivery guidance, not just administrative project support

Comfortable working in a part-time contract role

Desired experience

Experience with Workday Performance Management deployments

Workday certification preferred

Canada-based preferred

Experience working in fast-paced deployment environments
