Overview
Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator in our Surrey Construction and Forestry location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as, the day-to-day task of supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system
Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration
Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information
Review, close and invoice completed jobs
Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians
Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool
Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers
Manage Prepaid agreements
Utilize John Deere Link to monitor & track customer’s machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts
Other related duties as assigned
What We Look For
Experience and understand maintenance of construction equipment
Experience in service delivery activities and processes
Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred
Robust communication skills; timeliness, organized, and high attention to detail
Ability to in multi-task at a high-volume workload environment
Knowledge of contracts and associated processes’ management
Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions
