Compensation: $40/hr – $65/hr CAD (Based on Experience)

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules while contributing to large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Advantages, Talent, Absence, and Learning.

We are offering a structured Training & Placement Program designed for professionals who want to build a successful career in Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud ERP).

Ideal Candidates May Have

Experience or exposure in HR, Payroll, Talent Management, HR Operations, or HR Systems

Strong analytical skills, documentation abilities, and attention to detail

Ability to learn new systems, tools, and HR processes quickly

Background in Business Analysis, HRIS, or ERP support is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, reviewing, and documenting HR business requirements related to Oracle HCM modules.

Analyze HR workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Support configuration and setup activities in modules such as:

Core HR

Payroll

Absence Management





Talent Management

Learning

Help maintain HR data accuracy, support audits, and generate HR reports.

Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, reports, and configuration workbooks.

Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quarterly Oracle updates.

Support end users by addressing inquiries, creating training materials and job aids.

Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and recommend enhancements to improve HR operations.
