Summary : The Assistant Team Leader provides support to the management team in executing and overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well‑organized and efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff.

Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.

Stocking daily products on shelves.

Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.

Providing valuable customer service and resolving customer issues.

Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.

Following up on assigned tasks.

Qualifications
