You’ll play a critical role in the health and performance of our entire digital eCommerce landscape, working in an environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and deep technical knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive test cases for our eCommerce applications.

Cultivate a deep understanding of our application portfolio—knowing their strengths and weaknesses—to provide effective testing solutions for current and future challenges.

Develop robust testing strategies to be employed across our entire Digital eCommerce platform.

Develop, monitor, and report on key KPIs and Objectives related to the health of our applications, the development lifecycle, and the performance of the QA team.

Drive continuous improvement by leveraging your knowledge of industry trends, tools,



and best practices to enhance our software, testing environment, and development processes.

What You'll Bring:

Experience & Education:

3+ years of proven manual testing experience on an eCommerce website.

1+ year of experience working with a test case management suite (e.g., Xray, ADO Test Plan).

1+ year of experience with a test automation framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
