Role Overview
Join BBA and contribute to all stages of major electrical engineering projects, from early business relationship meetings to onsite equipment commissioning. This role offers leadership opportunities, relationship building with partners, and hands‑on collaboration with talented peers.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with engineers, designers and drafters to prepare deliverables that meet BBA and client standards.

Assist in the preparation of design deliverables under the supervision of project engineers.

Support calculations and studies.

Participate in site inspections, testing and commissioning at client sites.

Certifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a recognized university.

Member in good standing with EGBC and registered as an EIT.

Minimum 1 year of engineering experience.

Familiarity with reading and preparing electrical schematics.

Knowledge of MS Office and other database applications.

Basic knowledge of HV/MV/LV apparatus and electrical installation safety.





Strong verbal and written communication in English.

A valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel to customer sites and other BBA offices within Canada, the USA, and international destinations for project short‑term assignments.

Advanced English skills for collaboration across BBA offices and clients.

Advanced French skills for collaboration in Québec.

Ability to draft technical documents in both languages.

Asset: Knowledge of power systems (HV, MV, LV).

Asset: Knowledge of electrical study software such as PSCAD, PSSE, CYME, and EMTP‑RV.
