Qualifications

5 years experience in excavation construction

Technical Skills

You are able to manage and organize a crew and their work for daily success.

You are able to understand job costing, coding, input productions, and hours worked.

You have a clear understanding of workplace safety and are an advocate for quality work.

You can plan work one week in advance and support superintendent objectives.

Interpersonal Skills

Outstanding attitude towards safety

Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to excel in a team atmosphere

Exceptional customer service
