We are looking for an IT Financial Compliance Analyst to join our team. You will contribute to IT audit and certification activities for Canadian and US operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. You will integrate data analytics and automation into audit processes to enhance efficiency and support remediation of control deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform IT audit fieldwork, ensuring IT General Controls (ITGC) comply with NI52-109, SOx, and industry standards

Identify and implement automation and data analytics opportunities in financial controls

Support continuous improvement of the ITGC framework

Collaborate on special projects and provide IT compliance expertise





Guide IT teams on remediation of control deficiencies and monitor resolution progress

Build strong relationships with IT and business teams to foster a robust internal controls environment

Skills and Qualifications

3–4 years of IT/financial compliance audit experience (Big Four or industry)

Strong knowledge of ITGC, NI52-109, SOx, and auditing standards

Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with high quality of work

Versatile, proactive, and eager to learn
