Position Title:
Summary:
This position is a dynamic, multi‑functional role combining administrative coordination and clinical support in a boutique, luxury medical aesthetics plastic surgery clinic.

Reports to:
Director of Operations

Hours:
On-site, Full Time--Monday- Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

Core Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact, providing a warm greeting and managing patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Build rapport, gather patient information, and educate them on non-surgical and surgical procedures, products, and financing options;

Conduct consultations, visits and assist with initial assessments

Facilitating financial discussions with patients and providing information about payment options.

Coordinating with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.

Ensure continuity of care through interprofessional communication

Coordinate patient scheduling, maintain detailed and confidential patient records (ensuring compliance with regulations), process payments,



complete documentation and handle general office administration

Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols

Education and Experience Requirements:

A minimum of five year's experience in a patient care role in a similar setting, preferably within a medical, aesthetic or luxury service environment

Familiarity with medical terminology; and understanding of insurance processes is beneficial

Ability to manage a high-volume schedule and prioritize competing tasks

Proficiency with office software and medical management systems; strong organizational, and multitasking, communication skills
