We are seeking a dynamic and experienced insurance professional to oversee and support a network of approximately 12 branch managers, ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence.

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support multiple branch managers to ensure consistency and operational excellence

Develop and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency across branches

Promote and support growth initiatives to expand operational capabilities

Act as a liaison among branches to facilitate communication and best practices

Drive continuous improvement efforts and strategic planning

Qualifications

Experience managing a large insurance office or multiple branches

Knowledge in all lines of insurance products

Level 2 license





Proficiency with Applied EPIC

Strategic thinker with a focus on scalable growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
