Full-Time Condominium Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Full-Time Condominium Manager.
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act
CMRAO licence in good standing
A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
4+ years of condominium management experience
Strong ability to multitask in a team-based setting
Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to supervise and support 2–3 staff members
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to compile, review, and maintain financial documentation, including operating expenses and income
High school diploma (required)
College or university degree, or a 1–2 year non-university certificate or diploma
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Job Description
As a Condominium Manager, you will work closely with senior management, Boards of Directors, owners,
and residents within the communities you serve. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of condominium corporations across the Greater Toronto Area and will report directly to a Regional Manager and Senior Management.
You will be supported by dedicated accounting and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing agendas and materials for Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
Conducting building inspections and overseeing maintenance and repair activities
Coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers
Maintaining and updating corporate policies and procedures
Ensuring effective, professional, and timely communication with Boards, owners, residents, and stakeholders
Supporting the financial management of condominium corporations in collaboration with the accounting team
Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
