Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders through the company's system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from entry to fulfillment.

Verify order details, including pricing, product codes, and shipping information, resolving any discrepancies before processing.

Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance) to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.

Communicate order status and updates to customers via phone or email, addressing inquiries or issues related to orders, shipping, and delivery.

Manage backorders and communicate estimated delivery dates to customers and internal teams.

Maintain and update customer and order records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.





Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2–6 years of experience in order management, customer service, sales support, or a related administrative role.

Proven experience working with a major ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or CRM system is highly preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing data.

Robust organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence.

Problem‑solving abilities to quickly and effectively resolve order‑related issues.
