We are seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on delivering highly reliable, secure, and scalable applications within a regulated environment.

What you will do and how you will make an impact …

As a key member of the engineering organization, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that are embedded directly into modern CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with software developers, DevOps professionals, and product teams to ensure that quality is built into every stage of the development process.

In this role, you will create and enhance automation frameworks supporting API, integration, and end-to-end testing. You will help establish automated quality gates that validate code changes before deployment, support production readiness initiatives, and contribute to monitoring and validation processes after releases occur.

You will also play an important role in improving automation reliability, reducing test instability, and mentoring team members on testing best practices and modern quality engineering methodologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites that are integrated into CI/CD pipelines and support rapid, high-quality software releases.
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for API, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Implement automated quality gates that validate code changes, enforce testing standards, and prevent defects from reaching production.
- Partner closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop testing strategies for cloud-native applications running in AWS environments,



ensuring reliable performance across multiple environments.
- Validate application functionality, configurations, integrations, and feature flag implementations across development, testing, and production environments.
- Establish and maintain test data, test environments, and automation best practices to support efficient software delivery.
- Mentor and support junior QA and automation team members, helping to elevate technical capabilities and testing standards across the organization.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering or related field
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks
- Experience testing APIs, integrations, and end-to-end application workflows
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in an AWS environment

Compensation & Benefits ... The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. In addition to base compensation, employees are eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program.
