Pay Range: $93,975.00 - $118,596.00

Work Location: This role is eligible for hybrid – this means you’ll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (in Regina Head Office, Regina Harbour Landing or Saskatoon Property Claims), on a scheduled rotation once probation requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.

We’re looking for a Senior Risk Evaluator Specialist to join our team.
We hope you consider applying if you:
- Have knowledge of loss prevention inspection and hazard methods, including theories and their effect on the insurability of risks.
- Have knowledge of structural design, construction practices, and applicable building codes.
- Can review and interpret blueprints, engineering reports, and other technical documentation.
- Are highly detail-oriented and able to analyze information to make informed recommendations.
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a quick-paced environment.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills,
including the ability to present information clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and can develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Are a self-starter who takes initiative and works independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Possess strong leadership and mentoring skills and enjoy supporting the growth and development of others.
- Have strong facilitation skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in Engineering, Level 1 Thermography certificate, Fireman Boiler certificate, WETT certificate, must hold a Professional Engineering designation in Canada (P.Eng), a Saskatchewan Building Official License from Building Standards and Licensing Branch, as well as possess a valid driver’s license and 6-8 years’ experience in building construction, field surveys, inspections or estimating with at least 4 years as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng).
