Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central & Integrations

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central & Integrations to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives, SuccessFactors implementations, integrations, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience , with strong expertise in Employee Central and hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party HR systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR business stakeholders, functional consultants, integration teams, technical architects, and project managers to deliver scalable and reliable HR technology solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors , with significant hands-on experience in Employee Central.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , including employee data, organizational structures, job information, employment details, workflows, business rules, and HR processes.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, configuration, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support .
- Solid experience designing and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, payroll systems, and third-party applications .
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Center, Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies .
- Experience with Employee Central APIs , including OData and Compound Employee, for data extraction and system integration.




- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data models, MDF objects, Foundation Objects, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions .
- Experience developing integration specifications, mapping documents, technical designs, test scenarios, and support documentation .
- Strong understanding of HR business processes , including employee lifecycle, organizational management, hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Experience troubleshooting complex integration failures, data synchronization issues, and production incidents .
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and project managers .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) and SAP BTP.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and payroll-related integrations is an asset.
- Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, or Learning .
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors APIs, Integration Center, Intelligent Services, and event-based integrations .
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or hybrid SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environments .
- Experience with data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and employee master-data conversion .
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, SAP Activate, and enterprise HR transformation programs .
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, solution design, and code/integration reviews .
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP Integration certifications are considered an asset.
