Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress across assigned units

Administer medications safely while monitoring patient response

Support care planning and implement appropriate interventions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies and standards

Ensure a protected, structured, and patient-focused care environment

Position Highlights
Location: Assignments available across British Columbia (Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Victoria, and more)

⏰ Shifts: Flexible scheduling with day and night availability (8-hour and 12-hour rotations)

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant clinical experience (acute care, long-term care, community,



or specialty units)

Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)

Active BCCNM registration (or eligibility) for RN/LPN roles

Strong clinical, communication, and adaptability skills

Commitment to patient-centered and collaborative care

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
